These guys are talking about the problems when taking your computer to large companies such as the Geek Squad at Best Buy. They also pointed out a couple of things that you should consider when looking for the right guy to fix your computer.
- Ask the technician to show you his credentials.
- Ask for 2nd opinion before deciding who to fix your computer.
I totally agree with them.
